1. How have your relationships with others changed as a result of the pandemic? What have you learned?

2. What are some of the advantages and challenges of virtual relationships?

3. What advice would you give to other students about how to build and keep relationships online?

4. How do you build relationships virtually at school? (online school)

5. Do you believe that virtual relationships are as meaningful/ important as in-person relationships? Is it important to have both?

Sheila allocates 10% of the royalties from the sale of her other books to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF). Sheila is honored to be a Member of the Board of Chancellors the South Jersey Chapter of JDRF. Sheila has first-hand knowledge and experience with the numerous challenges diabetes creates. , her eldest son, Joshua, was diagnosed with T1D 32 years ago, when he was fifteen years old, her father (of blessed memory) had T2D,  and their family cat had T1D.
